(一)考察内容

　　考察文章中某个词(如：it/ they)指代上下文中的哪项内容。

　　常见问法如下：

　　The underlined word‘it’in the passage refers to ().

　　Western people usually use‘cat’to refer to ().

　　(二)解题策略：

　　①若是代词指代，则看前文。通常前文描述的对象就是后面指代的内容。

　　②若是普通名词的指代，则需要观察前文或后文，看是否有提示性信息，再结合上下文的整体逻辑关系，得出最终结论。

　　③代入法。将四个选项一一代入原文，看哪一个符合上下文语境，则哪个最为适合。
